Ben Bradshaw — Founder of Rewind Life. Building the Biological Operating System.
Your body is either ageing or reversing. Rewind decides which.
Ben Bradshaw is an Australian founder and CEO based in Currumbin Valley, Queensland, building Rewind Life — the Biological Operating System. He is turning health from manual effort into automatic execution.
The shift: from manual health to a closed loop
Health is broken. You're managing it manually. Every system in history automated decisions — banking, logistics, software. Your body didn't. Until now.
The old world (manual health)
- Track endless data
- Guess what to do
- Buy random supplements
- Hope something works
The new world: a closed loop that runs your biology
- Detect — Continuous biomarkers, wearables, blood panels — all in one stream.
- Decide — AI weighs your biology against the protocol that actually works for you.
- Execute — Personalised supplements, peptides, and interventions delivered daily.
- Adapt — Your body changes. The system rewrites itself. Every cycle, sharper.
Rewind collapses the gap between data and action. Everything else is half a system.
Why Ben — systems, not medicine
Ben didn't come from medicine. He came from systems. Health is just the biggest broken system. Doctors treat disease. Wearables collect noise. Supplements get sold. Nothing closes the loop. So he's closing it.
- 20+ years building systems in tech, AI and data infrastructure.
- 13 years rebuilding his own biology in public. 30kg lost. Bio age tracked openly.
- 150+ people employed across the venture portfolio.
- $1B+ in revenue generated for clients across two decades.
- EY Entrepreneur of the Year (2013).
- Two Guinness World Records.
What Ben is building
One Biological Operating System. Three companies that fund it.

What Ben believes — six things everyone else is getting wrong
- Health is the largest broken system on Earth. It optimises for treating disease. It has no protocol for preventing it. That's a category error, not a budget problem.
- Data without action is decoration. Your wearable is a museum of numbers. A score is not an intervention. The loop has to close, or nothing changes.
- Supplements alone are theatre. Stacks bought on a podcaster's opinion are not a protocol. Personalised, measured, adaptive — or it's expensive urine.
- Doctors aren't the answer. Systems are. A 12-minute appointment can't outrun your biology. A system that runs daily can. That's the only path that scales.
- Biological age is the only score that matters. Chronological age is a calendar. Bio age is the truth. One of them you can change.
- Rewind is a new category. Not a better app. Biological Operating System. There is no incumbent. Everything else is half a system pretending to be whole.
